レジストレーション/ご登録に関する注意

• All entries must be submitted in English.
  全て英語でのご入力をお願い致します
  
  
• Online registrations for the ‘Visitor Pass’ (with access to the Trade Exhibition, Job Fair, Production Gallery and Poster Gallery/Sessions only) is complimentary. However, if the registration is done onsite, an admission fee of JPY 1,500 is apply (Refer to last point on Registration Information for advise on the possible payment methods onsite).
  オンライン事前登録された「Visitor Pass/ビジターパス」（展示会場、リクルートゾーンJob Fair、プロダクションギャラリー、ポスターギャラリーセッションへのアクセス権のみ有効）は無償となります。当日券については入場料として1,500円お支払いください（会場にて可能なお支払い方法については当注意書き最後の項をご参照ください）
  
  
• Your registration on the conference delegate/visitor pass will be valid upon receiving the confirmation letter and official receipt. The confirmation letter and official receipt will be sent to the registered e-mail address, only after full payment on your purchases has been made.
  Visitor Pass/ビジターパス及び団体申し込みのご登録はお客様のConfirmation letterと領収書の受領後に有効となります。Confirmation letter及び領収書はお申込み頂いたチケットのお支払いが全て完了した時点でお客様がご登録されたe-mailアドレスへ送信されます。
  
  
• Online Registration closes on Monday, 03 December 2018, 15:00 hours (UTC +9, Tokyo, Japan Time)
  オンライン事前登録は日本時間2018年12月3日（日）15時を持って締め切りとさせて頂きます。
  
  
• Walk-in registration is available during SIGGRAPH Asia from 04 – 07 December 2018. On-site registration rates will apply. Credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard) and Cash (only in Japanese Yen (JPY)) will be accepted for on-site payments. Registrants are encouraged to prepare an exact amount for their intended purchase.
  開催期間中（12月4日-7日）は会場にて入場券をご購入ください。入場券は有償での当日券扱いとなります。開催期間中、会場でのチケットのご購入についてはクレジットカード(AMEX, VISA, MasterCard)もしくは現金（日本円）でのお支払いとなります。ご購入の際はおつりのないようお願い申し上げます。
  
  

Payment Information
お支払いに関しての注意

Please note that credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard) is required for online payment. Payment by Bank Transfer is only possible for registration from individuals and groups residing in Japan. Deadline on Bank Transfer payment is Friday, 16 November 2018 23:59 (UTC +9, Tokyo, Japan Time). Please contact registration_asia@siggraph.org if you face any difficulties.
事前登録時のチケットのご購入はクレジットカード（AMEX, VISA, MasterCard）にてお支払いください。日本在住の個人：団体に限り銀行振り込み（日本円）でのお支払いが可能です。銀行振り込み対応開始時期につきましてはもう暫くお待ちください。引き続き当シーグラフアジア2018公式サイトにてお知らせします。ご不便をお掛けし申し訳ありません。また銀行の振込手数料はお客様にてご負担ください。ご不明な点がある場合はkmjpn@koelnmesse.jp(日本語でのお問合せ先）。

• Rates in United States Dollar (USD) will be applicable for all persons residing outside of Japan for all pre-registrations online.
  チケットのUSDでの事前購入につきましては海外にお住まいのお客様に限らせて頂きます。
  
  
• Rates in Japanese Yen (JPY) will be applicable for all persons residing within Japan for all pre-registrations online.
  日本円でのチケットの事前購入につきましては日本在住のお客様に限らせて頂きます。
  
  
• Student One-Day passes are only applicable for on-site registrations from 04 – 07 December, upon presentation of a valid local Japanese student pass.
  学生向け1日券のご購入につきましては会場にて開催期間中のみ受け付けさせて頂きます。ご購入の際は学生証のご提示をお願い致します。
  
  
• If you have a Voucher code, kindly be reminded to insert it on the ‘Payment’ page before completing your payment. The appropriate discount will be reflected before checkout.
  Voucher code/バウチャーコードをお持ちのお客様はお支払い手続き完了前に必ず「Payment」ページへコードのご入力をお願い致します。コードのご入力がない場合は値引きが適応されませんのでご注意ください。
  
  

Group Registrations
団体割引券

Register as a group and receive the following discounts:
下記人数分のチケット一括購入の場合、団体割引が適用されます。

• Group of 10 passes or more - 10% discount
  10 枚以上 – 10% の割引
  
  
• Group of 20 passes or more - 15% discount
  20 枚以上 – 15% の割引
  
  
• Group of 30 passes or more - 20% discount
  30 枚以上 – 20% の割引
  

Group discount is applicable to Full Conference passes and Basic Conference passes with payment received before 26 October 2018.
上記団体割引券はFull Conference passes 及び Basic conference passのみ有効で、なおかつ2018年10月26日日本時間23時59分までにお支払いされる場合に限られます。また銀行の振込手数料はお客様がご負担ください。

Discount is applied on a non-accumulative and per payment basis.
上記割引料金につきましてはご一括でのご購入に限らせて頂きます。

Registration Policy
レジストレーション/登録に関する規約

• Please take note that email address must be unique for each user.
  ご登録頂くemailアドレスは各ユーザーを特定するものに限ります。
  
  
• Your registration will be valid only when payment is received in full by the Organizer.
  チケットのご登録/お申込みの完了はお客様のお支払いが完了した後有効となります。
  
  
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend any part of the program without giving prior notice should the need arise.
  主催者は、必要に応じて予告なしにプログラムの一部を修正する権利を留保します。
  
  
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference or any part thereof without prior notice in the events beyond the control of the Organizer.
  主催者は、主催者の管理外のイベントで、予告なく会議やその一部をキャンセルする権利を留保します。

Admission & Dress Code
入場規定

Minors below 16 years old will not be allowed to enter SIGGRAPH Asia event spaces, unless accompanied by an adult who has registered. Subject to Organizer approval.
16歳未満の方の入場はご遠慮頂いております。登録された大人が同伴する場合も、事務局の許可を得る必要があります。

The minimum requirement on dress code is casual and covered shoes are required for men. Shorts, singlet, bermudas and slippers are not allowed for entry into the Exhibition Hall and Conference sessions. As a form of respect to Japan’s local culture, we kindly seek your understanding to refrain from exposing your tattoos.
服装規定につきましてはカジュアルで問題ございませんが、サンダル、スリッパでのご入場はご遠慮頂いています。また刺青・タトゥーを露出された方のご入場も固くお断りします。
